stop
the sugar
and refined flours

only have grains
if soaked
over night

only have organic food

eat a couple
or all your meals
as raw foods

don't mix protein
and grain

better
yet
stop all grains

and eat less at night
and
a lot
as much as you want
in
the middle
or
middle-ish
of the day
