GROUP AND BUSINESS COMMUNICATION
COUPLES' COMMUNICATION
PARENT/ CHILD COMMUNICATION,
PARENT/ TEENAGER COMMUNICATION
Communication
Sometimes parent teenager communication is just plain lousy.
Sometimes parent child communication is "troubled," be the child seven or ten
or twelve, or teenage, or twenty something, or thirty something,
or any age.
Sometimes we have left over aggendas inside us with our parents,
so the parent/ child thing is from the other side.
SOMETIMES GROUPS
IN BUSINESS, OR NON-PROFIT,
ARE FULL OF PETTY OR NOT SO PETTY SQUABBLING AND DISCONTENT.
Oftentimes couples,
have forgotten the love that
brought them together,
and have gone into silent or active warfare.
This is all fine.
This is all a bunch of habits
that are preventing us from being free
and clear
and happy,
much like,
in WakeUp Feldenkrais,
our habits of unawareness and
less than easy/ efficient/ pleasant
movement
are resulting in stuckness and pain
and inability to improve.
Habits can change.
People can become free.
This is wonderful.
This is life and its miraculous possibilities.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
In the private sessions and the workshops we learn:
- To listen without interrupting.
- To say what is going on in us.
- To end the putdown and criticism thing.
- To be at peace with oneself and those we live with.
- To be happily engaged in life.
- To be at peace in the moment.
- To exchange "hard" things to say,
without the usual meltdowns and blowups. - To use conflict as a chance to change oneself, not the other.
- A sense of humor.
- The Work of Byron Katie in order to clear up the past,
clean up relationships,
